Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to orders placed with TORAX Perfume through toraxstore.com and the Shopify checkout at checkout.toraxstore.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and payment

Product pages show the price in AED before you continue to checkout. Payment is taken by Shopify. An order is accepted when checkout confirms payment. We may decline an order that cannot be fulfilled and will refund any payment already taken.

The goods

TORAX fragrances are extrait de parfum. Colour and character can vary slightly between batches of natural materials. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular effect on skin.

Delivery and returns

Delivery areas, timing, and the sealed-bottle return rule are set out on the Shipping and Returns page.

Accounts and affiliate links

You are responsible for activity under your account. Affiliate and partner terms are shown during partner registration and govern commission, codes, and payouts.
