Shipping and Returns

Where we deliver

We ship within the United Arab Emirates and to other GCC destinations offered at checkout. The available countries, shipping fee, and estimated arrival are shown on the Shopify checkout page before you pay. Delivery within Dubai is typically a few working days after dispatch. Other emirates and GCC addresses take longer, and checkout is the source of the estimate for your address.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. You receive shipment updates at the email used at checkout. A tracking link is included when the courier provides one.

Returns

Unopened bottles in their original sealed condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Write to us from the contact page with your order number before sending anything back. Opened fragrance cannot be returned, because perfume is a hygiene-sensitive product once the seal is broken. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect are replaced or refunded.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Shopify and the card issuer usually take several working days to show the credit after we issue it.
